I went to medical school at Osmania Medical College, India and completed Residency at Abington Memorial Hospital, PA. I worked there for a year before moving to Albany, NY in 2001 and worked in an outpatient practice owned by Northeast Health from 2001 until 2006.
This was a traditional Primary Care practice that faced the common problems that plague most large-group practices: rushed office visits, long waiting times, phone lines that are impossible to get through, missed reports and endless bureaucracy. I was unhappy with its environment and opened my solo practice in 2006.
Besides work, I spend as much time as possible with my daughter. I play my slide guitar, and sing Indian classical music, and would love to learn to dance, if I ever have the time.
